Wellways Connect is an app designed for Wellways participants.

Wellways Connect is designed to support you with your recovery. You can use Wellways Connect to access mindfulness practices, track your sleep and mood, journal or help keep your appointments and medication in check.

Working with your support team, you can use the app in the way that suits you best, knowing your support team is right behind you.

**Please note that to access Wellways Connect you’ll need to be added by your Wellways worker first.**
